Base operates 15 hostels across Australia & NZ.  Our environment consists of over 20 servers including Exchange and a cluster of Citrix servers, 160 full time staff and a Cisco phone system. Greenlight provide us a complete service managing all facets of our IT requirements. Base have a range of different technologies deployed which Greenlight are able to manage for us with extended, after hours & onsite service to all our locations. Their help desk and ticketing system makes it easy for all our employees to have prompt access to help when needed. Greenlight provide Base with prompt & friendly support along with excellent reporting on all aspects of our IT infrastructure. Any issues we have are always promptly dealt with.  Aside from their technical expertise, they are very easy to deal with and have been able to provide assistance and advise for a number of IT and communication solutions, aside from just IT Help Desk assistance.
