Base operates 15 hostels across Australia & NZ. Our environment consists of over 20 servers including Exchange and a cluster of Citrix servers, 160 full time staff and a Cisco phone system.

Their help desk and ticketing system makes it easy for all our employees to have prompt access to help when needed.

We were seeking a real IT partner in every sense of the word to free us completely from having to worry about IT issues, assist us with planning and implementation strategies and manage our technology platform professionally so we could get on with running our business. Greenlight have filled this role perfectly to the point we regard the company almost as an extension our own.

Dual server implementations were carried out seamlessly and without disruption to our daily operations as were hardware and software upgrades.
