Darren Moulang
Team leader
As Greenlight’s Team Leader, Darren Moulang’s senior responsibilities include managing our technicians and delegating with clients. Darren holds certifications including an Advanced Diploma in Network Engineering, as well as becoming an Austel Certified Structured Cable Installer and MCSE. He brings 13 years of experience to our company and has worked previously as a network administrator, IT service technician and sales & accounts specialist, making him the technology and business expert we all count on for greater success. In his time away from the office, Darren’s hobbies include cars, motorcycles and computer games.
Ben Mudie
IT Services Manager
Ben Mudie is Greenlight ITC’s IT Services Manager, specialising in internal infrastructure, project management, team management, overseeing our technical team and acting as a Level 3 Support Technician. With previous experience as a Senior Windows Systems Administrator and Level 2 support specialist, Ben now brings his nine years of IT industry expertise to the team at Greenlight.
Mark Farrell
Systems Engineer
As a Systems Engineer for Greenlight ITC, Mark Farrell specialises in creating and maintaining backups of systems and system monitoring. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Certificate III in Information Technology, bringing over a year of experience to our team. In his time away from work, Mark enjoys gaming and cycling.
David Carney
Level 2 / Level 3 Support Technician
As a Level 2 / Level 3 Support Technician for Greenlight, David Carney specialises in the remote management of systems and remote support, as well as being an Autotask Specialist and our “go to” tech team member. With a Diploma in Network Engineering and numerous technical certifications including MCP, MCSA and MCSE, David is the expert we all count on for innovative IT solutions. He brings eight years of experience to our team and in his free time enjoys computer games, fishing and socialising.
Matthew Costa
Projects / Systems Development
Matthew Costa brings seven years of IT industry experience to our company, and is Greenlight ITC’s Projects / Systems Development specialist – responsible for our infrastructure & voice platform, as well as project work for our loyal clients. He holds a Certificate IV of IT and is a CCNA, having previously worked in various system administrator and software design & development roles.
Daniel Sullivan
Projects / Systems Development
Daniel Sullivan specialises in Projects and Systems Development for Greenlight ITC, and is responsible for infrastructure and advanced on-site support. With nine years of IT industry experience and previous work as a domain and technical support specialist, Daniel is the IT expert our clients depend on for advanced technology solutions and support.
Julien Perego
Level 2 / Level 3 Support Technician
As a Level 2 / Level 3 Support Technician, Julien Perego is responsible for Greenlight ITC’s remote and on-site support. He holds a BAC degree as well as a Diploma of Network Engineering, and numerous certifications including: Certificate III in Software Application, Certificate IV in Networking and RHC. Julien brings a year of IT industry experience to our team and in his free time enjoys gym training, music, socialising and speaking French.
Owen Crawford
Level 2 / Level 3 Support Technician
Owen Crawford wears a number of hats at Greenlight ITC, specialising in processing phone calls, remote support, on-site support and documentation. He holds a Diploma of Network Engineering as well as a Certificate IV of Network Engineering. As a former help desk specialist and network administrator, Owen brings five years of IT industry experience to our company. In his free time, Owen enjoys cars, electronics, remote control helicopters and fishing.
David Tozzi-Condivi
Melbourne Branch Manager
David Tozzi-Condivi is Greenlight ITC’s Melbourne Branch Manager, who is heavily focused on client relationships and dedicated to providing the very best in customer service. David is a Qualified Cisco and Microsoft Engineer (MCSE and CCNA) and brings 10 years of Business IT experience to our team, making him the expert both our company and our clients count on for reliable service and support.
Jaz Popovic
Helpdesk Engineer
Jaz brings 12 years of IT industry experience in support, implementation and systems administration roles. He has wide experience in Windows and Unix environments, and a focus on Cisco network implementation and troubleshooting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree. At Greenlight ITC he specialises in systems monitoring, networks and onsite maintenance. In his free time he enjoys capoeira and motorbikes.
